But it is continued optimisation that adapts and reflects current and predicted market trends that will enable your business to stay ahead of the game.

So, if they have a website and you don't for instance, well. Regardless of how good your products and service is, you're not getting their business if they cannot find you on the search results. Nuff said about that.
